Background:
OpenSpace automatically ties notes and high resolution photos to plans with no manual effort, making observations, RFIs, and issue documentation a breeze. Already created some Field Notes?
Export them as a PDF Report - complete with a deck cover photo and your Notes automatically pinned on top of your floorplan. You can share that deck with owners, subs, etc. and use it in your issue documentation workflows.
Instructions:
Click on the Field Note icon on the bottom left hand side of your project.
Apply any filters to slice down to the Field Notes you want in your report.
Click on the Field Notes Report icon
Give your Report a name and select Request Report.
Shortly afterwards, you will receive a download link for the report. Report generation may take a couple of minutes depending on how much data is being exported.
