Permissions

OpenSpace

  • OpenSpace Site Admin or Org Admin

BIM 360

  • Account Administrator to install OpenSpace Feature App in BIM 360 Apps

  • Project Administrator to integrate OpenSpace project to BIM 360

Prerequisite

  1. OpenSpace admin must log into OpenSpace via BIM 360 SSO.

  2. The integration between OpenSpace and BIM 360 is only compatible with BIM 360 Next Gen (Field Management), not BIM 360 Classic or AutoDesk Build.

  3. The OpenSpace app must be installed in BIM 360 app store by a BIM 360 Account Administrator.

Choose OpenSpace project for BIM 360 integration

From the projects screen in OpenSpace, mouse over the project you will link with BIM 360, and click "Project Settings".

Select and confirm integration

From Project Settings, click the "Integrations" tab. Then click the "BIM 360" integration:

Select the BIM 360 project to link to your current OpenSpace project:

Once linked, you'll see a successful project link on the integrations page:
