Selecting the downward arrow at the top of your OpenSpace screen will give you the option to download a PDF report. This PDF Report provides you with a first person view of the current field of view you are looking at. 

Along with the first person view, there are several data sets down the left-hand side of the report as well as the option to add additional notes below the image. Because it is downloadable and can be attached to emails the PDF Report is often used to provide non-OpenSpace team members with a shot of what is going on in the project.

To add additional notes to an article you will need to have a PDF Editor. They are free to download, an example of one can be found here- https://www.pdfescape.com/windows/.
