Having trouble signing in? Try some of the steps below

1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser! If you do not have it, you can download here, it is safe and free.

2. Is this your first time logging in? Your account invite from OpenSpace may have expired. Please email us at and we will send a new one!

3. Try resetting your password.

4. Adjust the time on your computer. If the above are not solving your login issue, this likely will. First go to the website and locate your time zone.

Next adjust the time on your computer to match the time show on by using the steps below. Even if it is off by a few seconds this will affect your login!

Step 1. Right click the clock/time icon on the taskbar (usually in the bottom right), and then choose Adjust data /time from the right-click menu.

Step 2. Locate to the Date & time section and turn off Set time automatically.


Step 3. Then click the Change button under Change date and time.


Step 4. In the Change data and time window, respectively set the correct date and time, and then click Change to confirm the changes.


*** When you adjust the time it helps to set it a minute ahead of the clock, and wait for it to catch up. Once it matches hit 'Change'!
