In your inbox, you should have received an email with instructions on setting up your account. Click the "Set up Account" button to create your password. NOTE: Your initial login and account creation will have to be done from a desktop web browser (Google Chrome is preferred for utilizing OpenSpace) before you are able to use the mobile app.

​A user's password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least 3 out of the 4 of:

- upper case letters
- lower case letters
- numbers
- symbols

Note: there is no forced expiration of passwords.

If you cannot find your activation email or the link is expired, you can go to the appropriate OpenSpace Orgs page and click "Don't remember your password?" at the bottom of the login window. When creating a new password it cannot be a password you have used previously.

Select your login method. In addition to using your password, you also have the option of signing in via your Procore, Plangrid, Google or BIM360 accounts. Select the option that you’d like to use, then use your existing email and password from that service.
