*Each user can only upload captures taken under their mobile login session.
Overview
To access this feature, you must update to the most recent version of the mobile app. For iPhone users, downloading and/or updating the app would be via the App Store. For Android users, downloading and/or updating the app would be via the Google Play store.
Please note if you have done a lot of captures on multiple floors, have a lot of data to upload (long walk times), have a poor mobile data connection, or for any other reason, you can always upload your captures by plugging the camera into your computer and using the Desktop Sync for Web or Desktop Sync App.
How to upload your video capture
- When you are finished recording your capture and are ready to upload, select End session then select Yes, I’m done

Note: If you are done capturing your sheet, but still have other sheets to capture, make sure to select Next sheet instead of End session. Only select End session when you are done taking all of your 360 Video Captures and are ready to upload.

Tap Transfer from camera to begin syncing your capture to OpenSpace using your mobile device.

OpenSpace defaults to only using a Wi-Fi connection to upload your 360 Videos. If you are ok with OpenSpace using cellular data, turn the slider on for Use cellular connection.

When you are ready to upload, select Done
- The capture(s) will begin transferring from your device. When the transfer is complete, turn off your camera (you can also skip turning off the camera if you’d like by selecting Skip in the top right corner).
- The capture(s) will then begin uploading from your device to the OpenSpace servers for processing. When uploading, you will see Uploading… appear on the capture. Once the upload is complete, you will see Processing… Congratulations! If you’ve reached this step, you have successfully uploaded your capture. The capture will be published to your project once OpenSpace’s AI Vision Engine has finished processing it.
- Note: when you complete your capture and are ready to upload, if your capture says Using Desktop Sync, this means that mobile app upload preference needs to be changed to upload from mobile. To do this, select 360 Captures from the home page, select the cloud settings icon in the top right, and select Use Mobile Upload instead.
