Prerequisites

1. Enable the Revizto integration on your project.

How to link a Field Note to a new Revizto Issue

1. From the project, open your desired Field Note.
2. Click Integrations below the Field Note image, then select Revizto
3. The Link with Revizto pop-up displays.
4. Select Link New Issue. 
5. Next, you’ll get confirmation in a pop-up window: Linked Revizto Issue.
6. If satisfied, close the box with the x in the upper right corner:
   1. Click View Issue in Revizto if you want to navigate to the Issue.
   2. Click Unlink if this was done in error or you no longer want to link to the Field Note.

How to link a Field Note to an existing Revizto Issue

1. From the project, open your desired Field Note.
2. Click Integrations below the Field Note image, then select Revizto
3. The Link with Revizto pop-up displays.
4. Select Link Existing Issue.
5. Click on the existing Issue you want to link by scrolling or using the search bar.

6. Select the Link button. A screen displays, Linking field note to Revizto Issue.
7. Next you’ll get confirmation in a pop-up window: Linked Revizto Issue.
8. If satisfied, close the box with the x in the upper right corner:
   1. Click View Issue in Revizto if you want to navigate to the Issue.
   2. Click Unlink if this was done in error or you no longer want to link to the Field Note.

FAQ

What data from a Field Note is included in the Revizto Issue?

• 360 images taken during a 360 video capture. (360 images taken on mobile outside of a capture are not included.) 
• Single page Field Note PDF report, including the Field Note location.
• Field Note JPG image.
• A direct link back to the Field Note.

Can I link more than one Field Note to a Revizto Issue?

Yes. You can link multiple Field Notes to an Issue. Simply repeat the steps to link a Field Note to an existing Issue.
