How to Resend or Regenerate Your OpenSpace Invitation Link

Overview

When you are added to OpenSpace, you receive an invitation email with a link to set up your account. Invitation links expire after 7 days. This article explains how to get a new link if yours has expired or can no longer be found.

Prerequisites

• You must still be a user in the OpenSpace platform.
• You need access to the email address your invitation was sent to.

Request a new invitation link

1. Go to the OpenSpace login page.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address your invitation was sent to and submit the request.
4. Open the email from OpenSpace and use the link to set your password and finish setting up your account.

Please note: You can use Forgot password? even if you never set a password. If you are still a user in the platform, you should receive an email with a link to set one.
