Tags are a tool to organize your Field Notes. By using tags, you can quickly find and group similar Field Notes together - this is especially useful for creating Field Note Reports!

You can now create custom tags from the Project Settings > Field Notes page illustrated below!

We have already populated the Custom Tags section with some commonly used tags, but feel free to delete or edit any of the default tags.

The custom tags can then be used when Field Notes are being created in the mobile app or you can add them while viewing Field Notes on OpenSpace in Chrome after they've been taken/created.

Once the tag is added to the Field Note, you can use the custom tags as filters in the sidebar You can also combine your search to include multiple tags with the "and" & "or" option.
