You can use a Field Note status to set a priority level, mark it as complete or closed, and even verify the work was completed as illustrated below.
First, open a Field Note.
Next, click on “No Status” to reveal the drop-down menu of status options.
Once the status is added to the Field Note, you can use the status as a filter, as shown below. You can also set and change the status of a Field Note when viewing all of your Field Notes in the left sidebar.
Users now have the ability to update the Field Note status to "Closed" from the status drop-down menu. Closed Field Notes will automatically be hidden in the Capture view, Field Note list and mini-map and field note features will be disabled. To view closed field notes, the "Show closed" status filter will need to be checked to display all hidden closed field notes in the project.
*Updating Field Notes status to "Closed" will only be accessible to admins or field note creators. If you are unable to close field notes, you may need to speak with your admin to update OpenSpace permissions access. To find out more information on Field Notes: Closing Field Notes.
