When it comes to your mobile device, the most important factors are stability of connection, ease of use, and overall stability of the operating system. Therefore, here are our recommendations*:
Apple Mobile Devices
For iPhones and iPads, we recommend you choose models released in 2020 or later. For iPhones, you'll have a better experience choosing a model that has a large screen—iPhone 12 or later. Pro iPhones are LiDAR-enabled, so you’ll have the ability to use our 3D Scan feature. With any Apple device, please always update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
Android Mobile Devices
We also support Android devices. For Samsung, choose devices that run or support Android 11+. For Google, choose devices that run or support Android 11+. We do not recommend any other brands—use at your own risk.
