OpenSpace Permissions

Log in with Procore SSO.
Your OpenSpace project must be integrated with Procore. Find more details here: Enable Procore Integration on Project.
You must have Admin permissions in the Procore Drawings tool.
You must have Site Admin or higher permission in OpenSpace.

In the OpenSpace web app, click on your desired project.
Select the gear icon in the lower left corner to access Project Settings. Select the “Sheets” tab.
Click “Import from Procore” in the upper right corner.
The “Import Procore sheets” window will open.
Select one or more sheet(s) to upload:
- Note: In order for sheets to be visible/selectable here, they must be published drawings in Procore.
- Note: You can add the same sheet multiple times to OpenSpace.
Click “Import sheets.”
You’ll receive a message confirming your successful import.
The new sheet now appears at the bottom of the sheets list.
- Note: You can now rename or rearrange as you need.
