Web:

Assign a due date to Field Notes by opening a Field Note in OpenSpace, and selecting a date via the date picker in the Due Date field.

OpenSpace users on the Email Alerts list will receive email notifications the day before a due date, as well as the day after.

Mobile:

You can also add a Due Date while taking a Field Note or Mobile Photo. Simply take the photo, click "Add due date", then select a date via the date picker.
