Once you have linked your OpenSpace and Procore projects, you and your team can create Punch List Items in OpenSpace.
Navigate to your project and click on the Field Notes icon in the left menu:
Select the your Field Note from the list
Note: If you don't have any Field Notes, you can create one in the 360 viewer by clicking the Field Note icon at the top of your screen.
You must save the Field Note, then click Link to Procore on the Field Note.
Then click on the Procore icon at the top
Create a new Punch List Item or link to an existing Punch item
A prompt will then appear giving you the option of creating a new Punch List Item or linking to an existing Punch List Item, which will attach the Field Note photo and a PDF with the exact floor plan location.
When creating a new Punch List Item, the information you enter on the form in OpenSpace will populate that information in Procore. Fields shown in orange are required.
Once you complete the form, you will see the field note is linked to Procore and the Punch List Item available for viewing.
