OpenSpace: Autodesk RFIs and Issues - Field Note Integration
Updated over a week ago

OpenSpace supports Field Note Integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The ACC platform includes Autodesk Build which combines the best of PlanGrid and BIM 360 with new functionality to create a comprehensive field solution. Autodesk Build provides a toolset for managing, sharing, and accessing project documents to streamline workflows between the field and project teams. The quality and safety of the project is tracked using Issues and RFIs for the flow of information in the project.

Note - ACC RFI Integration is currently in Beta. Please contact Support or your CSM to enable the feature.

When creating a new Issue or RFI, complete the fields—this is the information that will appear in Autodesk Build.

Once you complete the form, you will see the Field Note is linked to an Autodesk Build Issue or RFI:

  • Once linked, you can "View Issue or RFI in Autodesk" or "Unlink" the linked Issue or RFI.
