If you are encountering issues with setting up or using the Autodesk Two-Way Sync Integration, here this article includes tips for troubleshooting.

Autodesk permissions
- Account Admin: You must have Account Admin permissions in Autodesk Build to install the OpenSpace Two-Way Sync app from the Autodesk Build App Gallery.
- You must have permissions to invite Secure Service Accounts to the desired project(s) in AutodeskBuild.
Prerequisites
- Sign in with Autodesk (SSO)
- Enable Autodesk Build Integration on Your OpenSpace Project
- Enable Autodesk Two-Way Sync Integration
Troubleshooting Two-Way Sync App
- Ensure you have the OpenSpace Two-Way Sync App installed from the AutodeskBuild App Gallery (instructions here).

Ensure the Sync project toggle on the Integrations tab of Settings in OpenSpace is enabled.
- If the Sync project toggle is enabled and the integration is not functioning properly, try deselecting and reselecting the Sync project toggle.
- If you are receiving an error syncing your project with Autodesk, or if the Two-Sync integration is still not functioning properly, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure the Secure Service Account for the OpenSpace Two-Way Sync has Project Administrator Privileges to the desired project(s) in Autodesk Build:

In Autodesk Build, go to Build and select the desired project.

Select Members.

Search ssa openspace.

Select the ssa openspace member.

Ensure the ssa openspace member has Access level set to Project administrator, and that access to Build is enabled.
