What to include in your request
Provide clear and specific information so our Support team can resolve your issue faster. Be sure to include:
- What is impacted: Specify what is affected—capturing, uploading, viewing, permissions, etc. If more than one user is impacted, list all users so we can understand the scope.
- Steps to reproduce the issue: Describe exactly what actions you took prior to the issue occurring.

A specific example: Always include at least one concrete instance of the issue.
For example:
"On project [insert name] this capture [insert link] has a capture error."
Attach a full-page screenshot of your view and, if you have console errors, including those is an extra plus. - When the issue started: Include the date and time the issue arose, as well as whether it happens consistently or intermittently.
- Relevant links: Add all URLs related to your issue.
- Screenshots or recordings: Upload any relevant images or videos.
