Mark a project as closed

Re-open a closed project

Overview

When you will no longer be capturing a project, you can mark it as closed. You’ll then be able to view it by clicking Closed in the left-hand navigation on your Projects list:

You can still view a project once it’s closed, but you will no longer be able to add new captures or Field Notes. OpenSpace will also stop email notifications that the site hasn’t been walked recently.

How to mark a project closed

  1. From the Projects page, find the project you need to close and click the Project settings icon.

  2. In the Settings screen, select the three dots in the top right-hand corner, then click Close Project.
