Project Sorting

Sorting and ordering your active and closed projects by different criteria is easy.

From your Organization page, click “Project name” in the upper left for a drop-down of options.

Your sort options are:

  • Project name (the default)

  • Last capture date

  • [Total Number of] Captures in the last 30 days

  • Number of members

Once you’ve made a selection, you can click the arrow icon next to the order option to change the order. For example, if you’ve chosen Number of members you can use the arrow to reorder by highest total number of members (downward arrow) or lowest total number of members (upward arrow).

  • For Project name this would be alphabetical order (upward arrow) and reverse alphabetical order (downward arrow)

  • Last capture date and Captures in the last 30 days would be most recent date (downward arrow) and furthest back date (upward arrow)

Project Home

When you click on a project tile from your Organization page, you’ll get to a project home screen. Easily view and access relevant information for your project: active sheets, latest captures, and recently created Field Notes.
