We made updates to BIM Compare and Project Settings: there's now more information about the model you have uploaded to OpenSpace.

Updates to BIM Compare

Open up BIM Compare in OpenSpace and check out the bottom right corner of the BIM Viewer to see more information about your 3D model or BIM that is uploaded to OpenSpace. The new information includes:

  • Timestamp: the date that the model was uploaded.

In a hover state, you can also see:

  • Timestamp: the time and date that the model was uploaded.

  • Uploader: the email address of the user who uploaded the model.

Updates in Project Settings

Site and Org Admins - head to the BIM tab in Project Settings to see the same new information shown in BIM Compare, along with some additional information about BIM alignment:

  • Timestamp: the date and time that the model was uploaded.

  • Uploader: the email address for the user who uploaded the model.

  • Alignment: the number of Floors (AKA Sheets) in your project that are aligned to the model. Note that only Floors with Captures get aligned to models.
