Step by Step Procedures
OpenSpace is excited to introduce Reality Pins. This feature, currently in beta will enable our customers to make faster decisions by putting all visual documentation in one easy-to-access place and eliminate the need for multiple systems of record for reality capture.
Using this feature, you can set “Pins” on to a sheet and upload 2D photos & videos from your computer to them that can be viewed later on by all project members. Details & best practices below.

Best practices
We recommend the following best practices in using Reality Pins:
We highly encourage you to centralize Pins to one (or a few) sheets so it is easier to track
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the proper files are being uploaded to the proper location. Common image and video files are accepted but proprietary raw files are not.
For drone video captures, we recommend users to place the Pin at either the start or end location of the flight path.
Do not leave the Sheet Page until the file upload is complete, otherwise the upload will be canceled.
Max file size is 5gb (though we recommend file sizes of 2.5gb or less). Note, upload times may be long for large files.
