How to delete a 360 Video Capture?
Click your project title in OpenSpace on the web.
Navigate to your capture list.
Click the trash can icon next to the capture you wish to delete.
In the confirmation pop-up, select “Delete” to confirm. (Select “Cancel” if you want to cancel your deletion request.)
FAQ
What if I accidentally delete a capture?
Contact OpenSpace Support to request that we republish your capture. (Since the deletion process doesn’t delete any underlying data, we are able to republish deleted captures).
What happens to Field Notes associated with a deleted capture?
The Field Notes remain part of the project, but the location is switched to pending.
Can I delete any other capture types?
No, at this time, 360 videos are the only type of captures you can delete. If you'd like to request a feature for deleting other capture types, reach out to your account manager or our Support team.
Why don't I see the trash icon next to my 360 video capture?
If the capture is still in the processing stage, the trash icon won't be available until it is finished. If you need to delete it immediately, please contact our Support team.
