Overview
In OpenSpace on desktop, you can preview Field Notes from a walk before the capture has finished uploading and publishing. Until the capture is published, you’ll see a "Floor name not available" label in place of the sheet location.

How to preview your Field Notes before a capture is published
- Once the Field Notes upload, they appear with the Field Notes section as a table display.
- Click on a Field Note line and the preview of the Field Note will appear on the right side of your screen.
FAQ
When will a previewed Field Note's location appear on the sheet?
The sheet location stays blank until the capture is published. Then the location appears automatically.
When does the "Floor name not available" message go away?
The label is replaced with the floor name once the capture is published.
