Overview
The Field Notes feature is built so you can quickly capture details about your project for visual communication with team members. Field Notes organizes 2D images and comments in OpenSpace to help you keep track of observations, flag issues, streamline punch lists, speed up RFIs, and more. This article covers how to manage your Field Notes on the web. (To learn about using Field Notes in our mobile app, head to: Field Notes: OpenSpace Mobile App.)
Note: Starting in November 2024, you’ll see a new interface for Field Notes in the desktop app—a new list view that makes finding, editing, and sharing Field Notes more efficient.
