This article walks you through the steps to convert Field Notes from OpenSpace into Procore Punch List.

Prerequisites
- You must have the Procore integration enabled for your project.
Converting an individual Field Note to a Procore Punch List Item
- Navigate to and open a Field Note that you wish to convert to a Procore Observation on your OpenSpace project, select Convert, then Punch List.
- Fill in the desired information to populate into the Punch Item, then select Convert.
Bulk convert Field Notes to Procore Punch List
- Navigate to Field Notes on your OpenSpace project.
- Select the Field Notes you want to convert to Procore Punch List items. Next select Convert, then Punch List item.
- Fill in the desired information to populate into the Punch Items, then select Convert.
- Your Field Notes will then convert to Procore Punch List Items. You will see a success toast, and can view your converted Punch Items on the Punch List tab.
