Overview
This article walks you through the steps to convert Field Notes from OpenSpace into Procore Observations.

Prerequisites
- You must have the Procore integration enabled for your project.
Converting an individual Field Note to a Procore Observation
- Navigate to and open a Field Note that you wish to convert to a Procore Observation on your OpenSpace project, select Convert, then Observation.
- Fill in the desired information to populate into the Observation, then select Convert.
Bulk converting Field Notes to Procore Observations
- Navigate to Field Notes on your OpenSpace project.
- Select the Field Notes you want to convert to Procore Observations. Next, select Convert, then Observation.
- Fill in the desired information to populate into the Observations, then select Convert.
- Your Field Notes will then convert to Procore Observations. You will see a success toast, and can view your converted Observations on the Observations tab.
