Overview
Your OpenSpace Track Implementation Consultant is your main point of contact for everything related to your OpenSpace Track.
Your consultant handles questions, organizes training sessions, coordinates with the internal QA and design teams, and helps resolve any issues. If you’re unsure who your consultant is, check your weekly progress email—their name and contact details are included.
Reach out to your OpenSpace Track Implementation Consultant if you need to:
- Change permissions for any user, or add/remove users.
- Reset your password.
- Request changes to your task breakdown, spatial setup, or Spotlight priorities.
- Arrange a benchmarking session or additional training.
- Report a platform issue.
Your consultant is available for the entire duration of your project—via email, phone, or scheduled sessions—and can coordinate regular check-ins (weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your preference).
