Overview
The Portfolio View and Executive View in OpenSpace Track give you a quick, high-level read on progress across one project or your entire portfolio.
Portfolio View
The Portfolio View is your landing page when you have access to multiple projects. It gives you a quick overview of all your projects—how many are live, completed, or upcoming. For each project, you can see a graph showing actual vs. planned progress, the scan date the data is based on, and the planned construction start and end dates. Click Go to Project to jump into the Executive View for any project.
Executive View
The Executive View is your high-level project dashboard. It shows:
- Actual vs. planned progress for your entire tracked scope (e.g., "13% actual/41% planned"). The actual number comes from image analysis; the planned number comes from your project schedule.
- An S-curve graph showing how actual and planned progress have tracked over time.
- Tracking scope—an overview of which tasks and components are included in your tracking. If a progress number does not look right, check here first.
- Image coverage—a summary of how much of the site was captured in the latest scan.
- Trade cards—each tracked trade has its own card showing actual vs. planned progress with color coding.
- Phase filter—view progress across all phases combined or filter to a specific phase.
Click More Context on any trade’s card to open a list of all tasks with their individual progress, planned dates, and schedule status.
Tip: If you’re wondering which schedule is being used for the "planned" numbers, hover over the information icon near the top of the view. It will show you the schedule version and when it was received.
Trade card colors
