Overview
This article details the different ways you can access OpenSpace Track and the weekly emails sent to every user summarizing the latest progress data for their project.
How to access OpenSpace Track
There are several ways to access OpenSpace Track:
- From OpenSpace on desktop: From your project, click the Track button on the left sidebar. This takes you directly into OpenSpace Track, where you select your project and phase (e.g., Superstructure, Fit Out, Facades).
- From your weekly email: Each week you will receive an email with your latest progress data and a direct link to the platform.
- Via a bookmarked link: Your OpenSpace Track Implementation Consultant can provide a direct URL you can bookmark for quick access.
- Microsoft SSO: If your organization uses Microsoft, you can log in through your Microsoft account without needing separate credentials.
Please note: Platform access credentials are typically provided at the time of launch. Access is generally not granted while the platform is still in the setup/development phase, though early access can be arranged upon request.
Your weekly email is based on your project’s milestones and critical path items. If your Highlights Email does not accurately reflect your critical path items, share any available milestone or critical path documentation with your OpenSpace Track Implementation Consultant, who will incorporate these accordingly.
