** Editors can only modify the Field Notes they create.

Moving Field Notes on Web

Occasionally, you may run into Field Notes that are pinned to the incorrect location in your capture. These Field Notes can be relocated to the correct location using the OpenSpace web browser:

1. Open up the Field Note that needs to be relocated
2. Click on the three dots in the top right of the Field Note for "More Actions"
3. Click on "Move note's location"
4. Relocate the Field Note to the correct location in the capture

Sometimes, the Field Note can be too far from the correct location to relocate it within your current view. If this occurs, you can also transfer Field Notes between Split Views:

1. Navigate to the Field Note that needs to be relocated, and open up the Split View feature
2. Click on the lock button in the middle of the screen to "un-sync" your Split View windows.
3. On one of your Split View windows, navigate to where the Field Note needs to be relocated
4. On the other Split View window, open up the Field Note that needs to be relocated
5. Click on the three dots in the top right of the Field Note for "More Actions"
6. Click on "Move note's location"
7. Relocate the Field Note to the correct location on the other Split View window

Note: At this time the option to move a Field Note is only available when the Field Note is associated to a 360 capture. Field Notes taken independent of capture cannot be moved.

Move Field Notes on Mobile App

1. You can change a field note’s location on the mobile app as well! You can change both the location on the current sheet or move the field note to a new sheet.
   1. Locate the field note in the “Field Notes” section of the project.
   2. Find the “Location” section of the field note and select edit.
   3. If you are moving the field note on the same sheet, move the sheet around the pin until you find the correct location. If you are changing sheets, select the correct sheet from the dropdown and move the sheet around the pin until you have the correct location.
   4. Select “Set Location” to save the update.
