Discontinued Cameras

While the following cameras are discontinued by the manufacturers, they are still currently supported by OpenSpace:

  • Insta360 One R

  • Insta360 One X

  • Insta360 Sphere

  • Ricoh V

Care & Tips

  • For best quality, use an OpenSpace mount when capturing.

  • Ensure your jobsite has proper lighting.

  • Clean camera lens with a soft cloth or lens wipe.

  • Start a new capture per floor.

  • Store your camera in a cool/dry place out of direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting Your Camera

If you run into an issue with your camera, here are some suggested things to check:

  1. Is the Camera Firmware up-to-date?
